1. 01Eligibility

   Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who are qualified to handle laboratory research materials. By placing an order you confirm the materials are intended solely for in-vitro research.

2. 02Product positioning

   All catalogue items are supplied as laboratory research chemicals. They are not medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use.

3. 03Documentation

   Where analytical documentation exists for a batch it is published in the batch register. Documentation describes identity and purity of the tested batch only and is not a statement of suitability for any application.

4. 04Pricing and payment

   Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes where stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has been authorised by the payment provider.

5. 05Delivery

   Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers on delivery to the address provided. Incorrect address details supplied at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

6. 06Returns

   Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. Opened vials cannot be returned for material-integrity reasons.

7. 07Liability

   To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the order. NAVYRA LABS accepts no liability for any use of the materials outside controlled laboratory research.

8. 08Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which NAVYRA LABS is established.
