Terms & conditions
These terms govern the supply of laboratory research materials by NAVYRA LABS.
01Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who are qualified to handle laboratory research materials. By placing an order you confirm the materials are intended solely for in-vitro research.
02Product positioning
All catalogue items are supplied as laboratory research chemicals. They are not medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use.
03Documentation
Where analytical documentation exists for a batch it is published in the batch register. Documentation describes identity and purity of the tested batch only and is not a statement of suitability for any application.
04Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes where stated. Orders are confirmed once payment has been authorised by the payment provider.
05Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers on delivery to the address provided. Incorrect address details supplied at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
06Returns
Returns are not accepted. Once supplied, research compounds cannot be verified as having remained in their original condition, so no vial may be returned to stock for safety, handling and product-integrity reasons. Customers are asked to verify their order carefully before completing the purchase. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected.
07Delivery claims and verification
Claims that an order was not received, was stolen or was delivered incorrectly are investigated through the carrier's formal enquiry process using tracking and delivery records. Where credible evidence indicates deliberately false claims, chargeback abuse or attempted fraud, NAVYRA LABS may decline the claim, restrict future orders and report the matter to the payment provider and the appropriate authorities.
08Refund evidence
Refund requests must be supported by credible and verifiable evidence. Photographs may be considered as supporting evidence but are not conclusive on their own, as digital images can be edited. Carrier tracking information, delivery records, official carrier investigation results, documented package condition, order records and shipping records may all be taken into account. Decisions are based on the complete circumstances.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the order. NAVYRA LABS accepts no liability for any use of the materials outside controlled laboratory research.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which NAVYRA LABS is established.
