What this tool calculates

Concentration is mass divided by volume. Draw volume is target mass divided by concentration. Aliquot count is total mass divided by target mass. Nothing beyond that arithmetic is inferred.

What it deliberately does not do

It does not recommend a solvent volume, a target mass, a frequency or an application. Those parameters belong to the experimental design of the receiving laboratory.

Accuracy limits

Figures assume the labelled mass fully dissolves and that solid displacement is negligible. Verify concentration analytically where the experiment depends on it.
