Every vial carries a batch identifier. Analytical documentation for a batch is issued by Janoshik Analytical and published on the Lab Testing page once the signed report has been received. Purity figures are published only after the signed third-party report for that batch has been received and uploaded. Where a result is not shown, the report is not yet available.

Enter the batch number printed on the vial into the batch lookup on the Lab Testing page. The record shown reflects exactly what is held in our documentation register.

Orders are dispatched from within the European Union with tracked shipping. Standard delivery is 2–5 working days and express options are shown at checkout.

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for material-integrity reasons. Damaged shipments are replaced or refunded after photographic confirmation.

No. We supply identity, specification and batch documentation only. Experimental design and handling are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
